Kei started his career in 2000 at Aux Bacchanales, a pioneer of open-air cafes in Japan. Since then, he has been consistently working in the foodservice industry, while striving to educate consumers about French popular food culture. He introduces food culture from various perspectives, leveraging his extensive know-how and network of contacts he has built up across different fields, from bakery and pastries to restaurants.
2000年、日本でオープンカフェの先駆けとなるAUX BACCHANALESでキャリアをスタート。以降、フランスの大衆食文化の啓蒙に努めながらも、一貫して外食産業に従事。製菓製パン業界からレストラン業界まで広くノウハウを積み、多分野に渡る多くの人脈から様々な切り口で食文化のあり方を提案。
Ryoichi started his career at Aux Bacchanales in 2005. Since then, he has been active as a restaurant management professional, regardless of the sector or type of business. As an expert in operations management, he proposes solutions for the diverse issues associated with restaurant management that clients may encounter.
2005年、AUX BACCHANALESでキャリアをスタート。以降、業種業態問わず飲食店運営のプロとして活躍。オペレーションマネジメントのプロフェッショナルとして、クライアント様が抱える飲食店運営の様々なマネジメント課題のソリューションを提案。
